La Pluma Theatre returns to @DupontUnderground this Pride Month with the powerful one-woman show debut of Helen Hayes nominee and queer artiste Miss Kitty (@misskittylelynx)!
Life’s Other Plans is an intimate, hour-long cabaret blending live music and storytelling. The piece shares Miss Kitty’s journey as a Black trans woman and actress in the DMV area, highlighting both the beauty and the challenges of navigating the performing arts. This production offers a meaningful space to uplift trans voices, foster allyship, and create connection within our community.
