Chippendales Meet Their Match at Universal Horror Unleashed in Las Vegas

Those famous cuffs and collars faced a different kind of stripping experience when the Las Vegas performers took on one of Universal’s scariest haunted houses.

The Chippendales are no strangers to making audiences scream, but their latest adventure traded the stage lights of Las Vegas for something considerably more terrifying.

Some of the iconic performers from the world-famous male revue, based at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, recently stepped into the darkness at Universal Horror Unleashed in Las Vegas to take on its haunted house, “Scarecrow: The Reaping.” And while they’re accustomed to being the center of attention, this time they found themselves running from the entertainment.

The experience put the performers face-to-face with the attraction’s terrifying scare actors, elaborate sets and cinematic horror effects. Naturally, there’s one question worth asking: Did those famous Chippendales cuffs and collars survive the encounter?

A video documenting their haunted adventure gives fans a front-row seat to the screams, surprises and unexpected reactions as the performers navigate the nightmare. Watch the Chippendales take on Universal Horror Unleashed here.

A Whole New Kind of Las Vegas After Dark

Located in the AREA15 District, Universal Horror Unleashed is Universal Destinations & Experiences’ year-round horror destination, bringing the company’s signature cinematic scares to the Las Vegas entertainment scene.

Unlike traditional seasonal Halloween attractions, this immersive horror experience operates as a permanent destination, featuring four themed immersive areas designed around an abandoned production warehouse.

Visitors can also explore four elaborate haunted houses inspired by some of horror’s most recognizable franchises and stories:

• Universal Monsters: A terrifying celebration of Universal’s legendary classic monsters.
• Blumhouse’s The Exorcist: Believer: A supernatural nightmare inspired by the horror film.
• The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: A chilling encounter with one of horror’s most infamous families.
• Scarecrow: The Reaping: A terrifying journey into a world of harvest-season horror.

The experience extends beyond the haunted houses, with live entertainment, themed bars, craft cocktails, specialty food offerings and a retail shop featuring collectible merchandise.

For the Chippendales, it was a chance to experience a very different side of the Las Vegas nightlife scene. And for fans, watching some of the Strip’s most recognizable performers trade their usual confident stage personas for genuine horror reactions is entertainment all its own.
